Tiered pricing is a class-diversity mechanism, not a revenue mechanism.

The College runs a transparent four-tier ticket structure. Full-price business tickets at seventy-two hundred euros, academic tickets at roughly half that, twenty fully subsidized tickets, and a flexible band in between with individual rates from eight hundred to five thousand euros. The team holds rigorously to the per-category allocation. The result is that the room is not forty business tickets, two academics, and a handful of scholarships, but a deliberate mix across class and resource. The pricing structure is not a revenue optimization. It is the operational tool that delivers the diversity the curation depends on.
For program designers whose stated commitment to diversity has to survive pressure from the most lucrative ticket category. The structure has to be transparent and defended publicly.
