When organizers projected 750 guests for the inaugural Junglekeepers gala, Landgraf corrected them immediately: "No way. You'll get two hundred, maybe three hundred." It wasn't pessimism. It was calibration. First events always over-project. The job of the architect is to set the right denominator before anyone designs against it.
