Warmth is a design output, not a personality trait
principle — attributed to Nicole Peck
Peck has said she is not perceived as a warm and fuzzy person until people get to know her. What matters is that she knows how to create warmth in a room she will never personally circulate through. Warmth is engineered into the event through story, signage, rhythm, and symbolism. The host does not need to be the warmth. The host needs to build the warmth into the architecture.
For organizers who assume warmth depends on the host's personality rather than the room's design.
