Endean's reference framework is the CED, the Certified Event Designer process developed in Europe. The framework is a design process specific to events that produces a consistent stakeholder-needs articulation across multiple events for a single owner. The value is structural. Events are hierarchical: a meeting owner at an organization, an agency, and other agencies hired for specific tasks. The link to what the owner actually wants is often missing. A signed-off process produces a shared articulation that all collaborators can refer back to. Consistency across an organization's events does not mean the events are the same. It means the framework for designing each is shared, so each one can be different while still being coherent.
